U.S. Mechanical, LLC was established as a woman-owned business in 1999 and is located in Norcross, Georgia. Since its beginning, U.S. Mechanical has provided responsive and high quality HVAC and mechanical contracting services to residential, commercial and industrial customers throughout Georgia and the Southeast.

Susan Beeler, President, is the primary partner in U.S. Mechanical. She holds a Masters Degree in Education and taught for 12 years in the Dekalb County School System. With her communications expertise, she has steadily promoted U.S. Mechanical in all sectors of the community. She has a strong desire to grow U.S. Mechanical into a major competitor in the HVAC systems and controls business.

Hugh Beeler, Operations Manager was Manager of the Service Department at PW Heard, Inc. from 1995 to February 1999. His responsibilities were business and proposal development and overseeing service, installation and retrofit work performed by the Service Department. Prior to his employment at PW Heard, Hugh was a Delta Air Lines employee for 23 years. His positions ranged from Mechanic to Manager in the Facilities Maintenance Department at the Technical Operations Center. His responsibilities included overseeing the operation, maintenance, repair, replacement and installation activities for boiler rooms, chilled water systems, compressed air systems, and the industrial wastewater treatment and hazardous waste disposal plant.

Michael F. Massey, Senior HVAC Technician, brings 20 years experience in HVAC, boiler and chiller experience to U.S. Mechanical. Mike is a former Marine reservist with certification in boiler services, refrigerant transition and recovery, OSHA lockout/tagout and boiler/chiller water treatment. Before coming to U.S. Mechanical, Mike served as a HVAC technician for Siemens and Paul Heard.
